The monthly tariffs give you a free incoming call allowance based on your monthly payment
and anticpated use. Sometimes it can be impossible to tell how many calls you will receive and by using a freephone
number for potential customers to call you, your incoming calls might even increase. This is not a problem. At
0800 Telecom, we constantly review the volumes of your incoming calls. If we feel you would benefit by moving to a different
tariff, then we will let you know and arrange this for you - with no penalty to change.
All incoming calls are calculated on 'per second billing' with NO minimum call charge. In other words
- if you talk for 20 seconds, you are only billed for 20 seconds.

The more minutes you buy, the lower the cost per minute
Starting at only 3.75p per minute, we believe we offer one of the best prices for incoming calls - without
the need to commit to any monthly tariff.
All incoming calls are calculated on 'per second billing' with NO minimum call charge. In other words
- if you talk for 20 seconds, you are only billed for 20 seconds.

- All Pay As You Go Tariffs have a small administartion fee of £2.50 per month billed 6 monthly in advance
- or £25 per annum if billed annually
- There is NO time limit on your credit minutes - they will be held for as long as necessary
- Top up will be required when approximately 25% of your balance is still to be used
- If the credit balance is reduced to zero, we reserve the right to suspend the number until a 'top-up' payment has been
received
- Suspended numbers will be held on our system for a period of 90 days before being cancelled
- Free connection based on a Standard Number (normally £10.00)

No invoice will be issued until the number is connected and tested to make
sure that your are completely statisfied with the service.
To keep our terms competitive, we operate strict credit terms. Please
do not take this as a personal slur against you or your business. We can only offer such competitive tariffs by
avoiding bad debt.
We therefore insist that all invoices are paid within the agreed terms of 14 days unless otherwise agreed
in writing with 0800 tele.com. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN YOUR SERVICE BEING SUSPENDED UNTIL THE
PAYMENT IS RECEIVED AND CLEARED. This would result in the loss of incoming calls to your 0800 number.
